There is only a few times I really envy those with children and when I found this gorgeous dress by IKKS in T K MAXX Darlington for £14.99 instead of £60, was one of them mainly because with it being an age four there was no way I could wear it myself. 

 Absolutely adore it reminds me of my darling kitties on a rainy day.
